World Dairy Expo About To Begin

Dairy producers from across the world will gather in Madison, Wisconsin next week for the World Dairy Expo.  The dairy show features a dairy cow judging contest, an industry trade show, plus several educational seminars and speakers.  The annual event will begin on Sunday, October 2nd and continues through Friday, October 7th.  Katie Schmitt serves as the Communications Manager for the World Dairy Expo.  Schmitt says the judging contests begins on Sunday and will continue through Friday when the name the champions of the World Dairy Expo.  She says expo officials expect up to 2300 entries for this year’s dairy expo.  On Tuesday will be the start of the many seminars, as well as the industry trade show, at this year’s World Dairy Expo.  Daily admission to the World Dairy Expo is $15 with a season pass at $40.  Tickets and additional information can be found at the World Dairy Expo website, worlddairyexpo.com.
