Woods To Chair Yankton County Commission

Todd Woods was elected Chairman of the Yankton County Commission for 2015. The commission met for the first time this year yesterday, and seated four new members that were elected in November. Besides Woods, new commissioners include Deb Bodenstadt, Ray Epp and Don Kettering. Donna Freng is the only incumbent member of the commission.
