The tenth annual Nebraska Wind and Solar Conference is set for Lincoln, Nebraska Monday and Tuesday November 13 and 14. Conference Co Chair John Hansen, President of the Nebraska Farmers Union says they’ll have an update on the progress of wind development in the state.

He says they have several speakers on their agenda including American Wind Energy Association CEO Tom (keer-nun) Kiernan who will give the keynote address.

Hansen says they will be taking registrations ahead of time and at the door.

On Sunday, just prior to the conference, there will be a tour of the Lincoln Electric System Wind Turbines and Landfill Gas to Energy Project.
