South Dakota Wheat Grower’s is building a $ 3.2 million innovation and equipment modifications center between Aberdeen and Bath. Wheat Grower’s Precision Ag Specialist Dustin Christopherson says once it’s completed it’ll provide their customers a central place to bring their equipment in for modifications.
Christopherson says the fastest growing part of the ag industry is precision agriculture and this facility will help them keep up with customers’ needs in this area.
Christopherson says their new facility will include the innovation center, a shop area and a classroom. He says they’re hoping to have construction completed by the fall of 2015 and be able to receive equipment for modification for the spring 2016 season.
