Westbrook Estates, a housing area on the west side of Yankton has sold the last lot in the first phase of the development.

Yankton Area Progressive Growth was the sponsor of the project, and C.E.O. Nancy Wenande says the project has exceeded expectations..

The development features affordable homes and a couple of apartment buildings so far.

Wenande says they will continue to work on affordable housing….

Wenande says they will be opening up more parts of the development…

Wenande says they see following through on more housing for at least three more years.
