NDSU’s defensive specialist/outside hitter Mikaela Purnell garnered the league’s Defensive Player of the Week award.

- Had a double-double (15 kills, 16 digs) in a three-set win over Western Illinois
- Helped the Coyotes win their 20th and 21st match of the year, the most since the Coyotes joined Division I
