Weather system drops some much needed rain

The recent weather system dropped some much-needed moisture to parts of the Mid-west that needed it, but it also dropped some additional moisture to parts of the Upper-Midwest that didn’t need the extra moisture. I talked with DTN Meteorologist John Baranick.
