Much of Nebraska saw severe flooding last spring when heavy rains fell on frozen ground and caused rapid snow melt.

Nebraska State Climatologist Martha Shulski hosted a webinar this week that focused on that event and the possibility of more floods next spring. She says there are a number of signals they are watching….
