Wayne State College has taken action against the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and its members. The fraternity is prohibited from recruiting, membership, social, and all other activities until further notice for actions resulting from alcohol. Dr. Jeff Carstens is the Vice President of Student Affairs.

Carstens says the fraternity will be working with the college, the national fraternity executives, and alumni in order to correct their actions.

He says fraternity members are going to be submitting proposals to the college to obtain strategies and procedures that will eliminate further incidents.
