Members of the South Dakota House voted thirty six to thirty one this week to impeach Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg in connection with the traffic death of Joe Boever in September of 2020.
Among those voting “no” was Representative Caleb Finck of Tripp….
Finck says he felt the evidence didn’t reach the constitutional grounds for impeachment…
Finck says they had an alternate resolution ready if the House had failed to impeach the Attorney General….
Senate leaders have set the trial for June twenty first and twenty second.
