July is Hire a Veteran Month.

Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Commissioner Katie Clark Sieben says more than one thousand former and current military members and 170 Minnesota businesses with job opportunities are expected to participate.
The Career Fair is Wednesday at the earl Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center from 10am to 3pm.  For more general information on connecting vets with jobs, you can visit DEED’s website.
