Remodeling work is underway at the Vermillion Technology Center to make way for two new tenants.

Nate Welch, Executive Director of the Vermillion Area Chamber and Development Company says one existing and one new business will share the building….

The thirty two thousand square foot building was built to house Eagle Creek Software. That deal fell through, and ended up in a court battle.

Welch says they never gave up on the building…..

Welch says they are also working on the challenge of finding enough workers for those and other businesses…..

Welch says they are also looking to fill other open areas near the technology center.
