Dr. Mark Froke, Superintendent for the Vermillion Public School District told his school board this week that he plans to retire at the end of the school year.

Froke says education has changed a lot over the years, with emphasis now on student achievement…..

Froke previously served as Superintendent in the Conde (con-dee), Lake Preston and Flandreau school districts.
