Hurricanes Irma and Maria, which recently struck Puerto Rico, has now affected the South Dakota State women’s basketball 2017-18 schedule.

The Jackrabbits, who were scheduled to play in the Puerto Rico Clasico in the Fajardo Arena in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, Nov. 24-25 against NC State and Charlotte, respectively, are now playing the tournament in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., at Dillard High School.

Opponents, NC State and Charlotte, and game times, 1:30 p.m., remain the same.

Dillard High School, a magnet school for emerging computer technology and performing arts in Broward County, was established in 1907 and named for black education advocate James H. Dillard. The Panthers play in a 3,000-seat gymnasium
