South Dakota legislators will soon be searching for more dollars to boost state aid to education next year.
Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton has introduced a bill that would take another ten million dollars from the educational trust fund….

Cwach says the trust fund continues to show good growth…

State law allows the legislature to use four percent of the trust fund each year. About twenty two million dollars is earmarked for education next year.

Cwach says his bill would tap the trust fund interest this year only…
