USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael S. Reagan will continue of their building a better America rural infrastructure tour by heading to North Carolina today (Tuesday) to highlight historic investments from the bi-partisan infrastructure law, and meet with stakeholders to discuss how the U-S Department of Agriculture and the EPA are working to deliver environmental and economic benefits for rural communities. Vilsack and EPA Administrator Reagan will visit Franklin County, North Carolina to highlight water infrastructure investments made in rural America.
