The University of South Dakota swimming and diving teams took home three of four Summit League awards for the period ended Jan. 18.

Sophomore Greysen Hertting was named Diver of the Week, while senior Colin Krysl and Katie Svendson were named Swimmers of the Week.

Hertting collects her 18th career Summit League Diver of the Week honor and eighth this season. The sophomore won four dives during a two-day double dual versus Western Illinois and Eastern Illinois. Friday, she notched a new school record of 301.50 in the three-meter dive and added a score of 265.13 in the one-meter. Saturday she repeated her wins in both dives, taking the three-meter in 264.98 and the one-meter in 277.51.

Krysl earns his second career Swimmer of the Week award and first of the season after leading the Coyotes to double-dual victories this weekend. Krysl was victorious in seven events during the two days of competition. The senior began by winning the 100-yard fly in 52.34 seconds, 200-yard IM in 2:00.34 and 400-yard medley on Friday.
