The South Dakota women’s cross country team enters the 2015 season ranked sixth in the Midwest region as released by the U.S. Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
The Coyotes move up one spot after finishing seventh at the 2014 NCAA Midwest Regional. The 2014 automatic NCAA Championship qualifiers, Iowa State and Minnesota, remain ranked at No. 1 and No. 2 in the Midwest.
