South Dakota freshman diver Greysen Hertting swept the one- and three-meter diving competitions at the Summit League Championships and  was  named Summit League Female Diver of the Year as voted on by the League’s head coaches.

“This was certainly a fun year,” said Hertting. “I was hoping to do well, but I wouldn’t have expected this. I had a great time getting to know my coaches and teammates and I’m hoping we can do it again next year.”

Hertting is the first Coyote to win the award. The Appleton, Wis., native posted Summit League-leading scores of 294.82 in the one-meter dive and 277.80 in the three-meter dive throughout the season. She qualified and competed in the NCAA Zone C Championships and finished 25th in the one meter and 27th in the three meter.
