The first physical development at the USD Discovery District in Sioux Falls will get underway this spring. Bids will be opened for the first roads and public utilities for the eighty-acre site.
Rich Naser is President of the District, and says this gets them moving….

The infrastructure development is being funded by a seven hundred fifty-five-thousand-dollar grant from the US Economic Development Administration. Naser says they plan a groundbreaking in May.
