The South Dakota men’s basketball game with Duke on December 2 will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
The game is set for a 2:30 p.m. (CT) tipoff at historic Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina.
“We are pumped with the announcement that our game at Duke will be on ESPN2,” head coach Craig Smith said. “Playing one of the most historic programs in the history of men’s basketball brings an incredible amount of exposure in and of itself.”
South Dakota is coming off its first Summit League regular season championship and won 22 games during the regular season. The Coyotes return first-team all-Summit League honoree Matt Mooney, along with Carlton Hurst and Trey Burch-Manning, who started all 34 games a season ago.
Duke has won an NCAA-best 132 consecutive home games against nonconference opponents dating back to 2000 and will meet South Dakota for the first time in program history.
