Members of the US House are working through a number of spending proposals, in an attempt to finish a budget before they adjourn for the campaign run.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says there are twelve separate bills that need to go through the process….

Noem says all of the spending amendments have to get past the rules committee……

Noem says she isn’t sure they can avoid another continuing resolution at the end to fund the government…..

Noem says they are trying to keep spending levels about the same as last year.
