The Nebraska legislature is taking a three day weekend, and will take a longer break at the end of next week for Easter.
District 40 Senator Tyson Larson of O’Neill says they appear to be pretty much on track.
Larson says one of his top bills would reclassify poker as a game of skill, making it legal. He says that will be back for debate.
Larson says the General Affairs Committee, which he chairs will also have a number of bills coming to the floor.
Larson says they will see the budget on legislative day seventy, which will fall in the last week in April.
