University of Nebraska President – Designate Dr. Hank Bounds addressed the Board of Regents last Friday.

This was Bounds first trip to Nebraska since being named president. Bounds spent last week meeting with student and faculty leaders, university staff, senators and legislative staff and members of the board. He will start is tenure as president on April 13th.

Bounds says the future of the University of Nebraska is bright.
