Tillable and Compeer Financial have partnered to launch an online loan application enabling anyone to purchase or refinance farmland directly from a smart phone. University of Nebraska Lincoln Extension Ag Economist and Policy Specialist Dr. Brad Lubben says it provides a financial alternative for producers.

He says this on line app can help a farmer or rancher with their direct relationship with their lender or anyone they do business with.

Lubben says it’s important producers keep up with the developing technologies and determine which of those best fits their operation or their business model.

The all digital lending application from Tillable and Compeer Financial takes less than 10 minutes to complete and qualified borrowers will learn if they’re approved for the loan of their choice within seconds. This new service is currently available in selected counties in Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.
