Northwestern Energy customers in parts of central, western and northern parts of Yankton lost power and had some power bumps today.
Northwestern spokesman Tom Glanzer says it took a little while to find the problem……

Glanzer says they switched service to other substations…..

Glanzer says they will be replacing the damaged underground cable.
