The Canadian Football League’s Saskatchewan Roughriders have released former University of North Dakota standout wide receiver Greg Hardin.
Hardin was among nearly two dozen players the team cut over the weekend to trim its roster.
Hardin last August had been waived by the NFL’s Denver Broncos during the team’s training camp.
Hardin left UND as its all-time leader in career receiving yards, with 3,583, while also holding the Big Sky Conference single-game receiving record with 333 yards.
