Two Yankton Men Face Multiple Child Porn Charges

Two Yankton men are facing multiple charges in unrelated child porn arrests.
Yankton Police Chief Brian Paulsen says 54 year old Randy Anderson and 26 year old Brian Weyers were arrested Tuesday. Anderson is facing six counts of possessing, manufacturing or distributing child pornography, plus a charge of sexual contact with a child under sixteen.
Weyers has been charged with four counts of possessing, manufacturing or distributing child pornography.
Paulsen says the two cases are not connected…..

Paulsen says there may be more victims related to the arrests….

Paulsen says he doesn’t think the two are part of any larger ring…..

All the charges are class four felonies, and carry a ten year prison sentence plus hefty fines. Weyers has bonded out while Anderson is still being held in the Yankton County Jail.
