Horizon Health Care and allPOINTS Health Services are merging, which will form a network of thirty-one medical, dental and school based clinics across South Dakota.
Horizon C.E.O. John Mengenhausen says the two organizations are fairly similar…….

Mengenhausen says they moved toward the merger with one eye on changes coming from Washington…..

Mengenhausen says patients should see the same services as in the past…..

AllPOINTS has five medical and dental clinics in the south east part of the state, while Horizon has twenty six facilities spread across most of the state.
