A forum with two of the three candidates for Governor was held at Dakotafest in Mitchell Wednesday. Libertarian Kurt Evans and democrat Billie Sutton appeared, but republican Kristi Noem did not. Sutton says that is disappointing….
Sutton says it is not a case of him needing more debates…
Noem had earlier said she didn’t want to appear on a forum with an uncertified candidate, but no other candidate asked to appear.
