In a release, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says two staff members at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution, 53 year old Richard Fries and 31 year old Ryan Tokar were arrested on contraband-related charges.
Fries has been employed as a corporal at TSCI since January of this year. Tokar has been employed as a corporal at TSCI since November of 2016. Both are lodged in the Johnson County Jail.
Due to the active investigation, no additional information is available at this time.
