Two men were arrested in Riverside Park in Yankton last night following an “incident.”
Police Chief John Harris says officers were called to the park about 8PM by one of the men that was later arrested.
Harris says illegal drugs were also found in connection with the incident but couldn’t say if there was an ongoing drug deal.
He says details are limited now because police are looking for a third individual who ran from the scene. Harris says the two men were from Brandon.
Harris says there is no ongoing public danger and hopes to release more information this afternoon.
