An American League 4-3 win over the National League in the All Star game Tuesday was aided by the performances of the two Minnesota Twins representatives in the game.

Shortstop Jorge Polanco was the lone Twin in the starting lineup. He went 1-2 and drove in one of the American League runs with an infield single.

Pitcher Jose Berrios worked one inning in relief and allowed no runs and one hit while striking out two. He also retired his brother-in-law Javier Baez of the Cubs on a pop fly.
