The Minnesota Twins will open and close the 2016 regular season on the road. Their first home game will be April 11 against Chicago.

The season opener is April 4 at Baltimore, starting a three-game series with the Orioles. The first home-stand starts with the White Sox and lasts eight games, with the Los Angeles Angels and Milwaukee coming next.

The Twins have consecutive two-game series against the Brewers. They play them on the road April 20-21.

Other interleague opponents visiting are the Miami Marlins (June 7-9), Philadelphia Phillies (June 21-23) and Atlanta Braves (July 26-27). The Twins have 46 of their 81 home games scheduled between Memorial Day (May 30) and Labor Day (Sept. 5).

The team announced the preliminary schedule Tuesday. Game times will be determined later.
