The Minnesota Twins open a series tonight against the Miami Marlins at Target Field — the teams’ first meeting in three seasons.
The game will feature two left-handers. The Twins will start rookie Pat Dean, who has gone 1-2. He struggled his last time out, allowing four runs in a loss to Oakland.
The Marlins will start Adam Conley who took a no-hitter into the sixth against Pittsburgh in his last start, although he ended up getting a no decision in the contest.
