Turner County Sheriff Byron Nogelmeier will be the next State Coordinator of the Attorney General’s 24 -7 Sobriety Program. Attorney General Marty Jackley made that announcement this week.

Nogelmeier will replace Art Mabry, who is retiring after seven years on the job.
Nogelmeier says he wants a smooth transition….
Nogelmeier will leave the sheriff’s office on March thirty first, and begin his new job on April first.
