Minnesota Lt. Governor Tina Smith sat down with students and staff at St. Cloud State University to discuss student debt and tuition. The Dayton administration is proposing 255 million dollars go toward investing in initiatives to lower tuition and student loan debt. In addition, they are hoping to invest more into the State Grant Program to help students fill the gaps
