Minnesota Health officials say 17 people are part of a Tuberculosis outbreak in Ramsey County. Doctors are calling for swift action to halt the spread of the outbreak. Dr. Stacy Rizza runs the Mayo Clinic Center for TB.
Rizza says close, confined contact with an affected person is required pass on the infection. So far, the outbreak is confined to elderly members of the Hmong community.
