Swenson says they are just wrapping up a seven year, three hundred thousand dollar opt out plan. She says the board is making their best estimate right now…..
The school district has lost about fifty percent of its students over the past ten years, which has caused a drop in their state aid.
Swenson says they have done groundwork in case consolidation is necessary in the future…..
The board also voted to move to a four-day week, Tuesday through Friday beginning this fall.
