Triple A Ready to Help Travelers Get Home Safely

Travelers will take to the road this weekend for the long Labor Day weekend or to head to college football games. That means there will be a lot of celebrating and Triple-A Nebraska spokesperson Rose White says drinking and driving remains a big problem.

Those who have one too many Labor Day weekend have another option to get home safe. To reduce the number of fatalities and keep motorists safe, Triple-A is again offering their Tow-To-Go service starting Friday and running through 6 a.m. Tuesday, September 4th. White says this program saves lives.

Triple-A will give a driver a ride and their vehicle a tow within ten miles at no charge. The service is free to members and non-members. The number to call to get that free tow is 855-2-TOW-2-GO,
