It doesn’t look like Congress will start debate on the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement anytime soon.
The TPP is a trade deal negotiated between the US and eleven other Pacific rim countries, not including China.

South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says it is not on their agenda at this point…..

Noem says there are some specific issues that need to be fixed…..

The agreement is up for an all or nothing vote. Individual details can’t be renegotiated without opening up the entire deal.
