The second dark cloud of the week hung over Wessington Springs Sunday.  This one too was in the form of smoke, rising from piles of debris that used to be homes and businesses.  Mayor Melissa Mebius says her town has come a long way from last week…

Debris from the Prairie Lounge American Legion has been removed.  City crews are sweeping streets numerous times each day to cut down on punctured tires.  Official say a number of vehicles are ending up with flat tires due to nails and sharp debris from tornado damage left in the street.
