Tourism officials from across the state and the country will be in Pierre this week for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism.
Tourism Department Secretary Jim Hagen says the theme is “Building for the Future.” He says competition for tourist dollars is tighter than ever….
Hagen says while they are coming off a good year, they have to continue to build on their successes…..

Hagen says there are some good signs for another good year in 2017….

The conference will be held Tuesday through Thursday at the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center in Pierre.
