The recovery phase of the tornado that hit Delmont on Sunday morning will take some time. That was the message of Mayor Mae Gunnare.
Gunnare, meeting with the media yesterday, says a number of residents have some tough decisions ahead.
Gunnare says she knows their town will be changed following the widespread damage.
Electricity and water service have been restored to the undamaged parts of the small town. A security perimeter and curfew are still in place.
