Top Seeds Advance To Title Tilt

Top seed Concordia and second seed Midland each went undefeated and won their respective brackets in the 2017 Great Plains Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament.
On Saturday the Bulldogs were 8-2 winners over Mount Marty, while Midland defeated Morningside by the final of 12-8.
Concordia will host the GPAC Baseball Championship Game on Tuesday night, May 9, in Seward at Plum Creek. First pitch is set for 6pm.
Both teams are assured of berths in the NAIA Opening Round for 2017.

Concordia was the regular season champion with a league mark of 19-9. Concordia is now 33-19, while Midland is 39-18.
