Top Minnesota Republicans Won’t Comment on Spiking Health Insurance Premiums

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton again asked legislative leaders to come up with an agreement to address the short-term spike in health insurance premiums for some Minnesotans, but top Republicans have not commented.
