Farmers are wondering what type of weather conditions we may encounter during the spring?  Will it be warm and dry, or cool and wet?  A year ago, cold temperatures caused farmers to delay their spring planting.  What about this spring? Dennis Todey serves as the USDA climatologist for the Midwest Hub based in Ames, Iowa.  He says he doesn’t anticipate delayed planting for this spring.
