The South Dakota State University football team will open the 2018 season under the lights Sept. 1 at Iowa State.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames, Iowa, with the game to be televised through Cyclones.tv.
The season-opening matchup will mark the fourth meeting all-time between the Jackrabbits and Cyclones. The two squads last met in the 2008 season opener, with Iowa State winning a 44-17 decision on its home field to improve to 3-0 in the series.
In addition, kickoff times for the Jackrabbits’ six home games also have been finalized.
