The Minnesota Timberwolves were involved in a pair of NBA trades on Tuesday.
In one, the T-wolves shipped veteran point guard Mo Williams and shooting guard Troy Daniels to the Charlotte Hornets for guard Gary Neal and a second round draft pick.
In the other deal, Minnesota acquires rookie Adreian Payne from Atlanta for a protected future first round draft pick.
Williams was averaging 12 points a game for the T-wolves while Neal was just under ten points a game in Charlotte. Payne played sparingly for the first place Hawks.
