Andrew Wiggins and the rest of the new Timberwolves got a warm welcome to Minnesota at the state fair.

Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and Thaddeus Young were introduced on Tuesday after being acquired in last weekend’s three-team deal that sent All-Star forward Kevin Love to Cleveland. Huge crowds turned out for the introductory press conference and for ensuing appearances by the players throughout the fairgrounds.

Wiggins says he’s not disappointed at all that he never got to play with LeBron James in Cleveland. The No. 1 overall pick in June says he’s happy to be playing for a team that will give him more responsibility early in his career.
